Vela is a premium e-bike designed for the 10 km urban commute. Its battery sits inside the down tube, the lights are wired through the frame, and a carbon belt replaces the chain, so there is nothing to oil and very little to service.
It weighs 16.8 kg, has up to 120 km of range and assists to the UK legal limit of 25 km/h. Vela launches in three colours, Obsidian, Bone and Tidewater, from £3,400. Free test rides are available at partner shops across the UK.
